A deciduous climber with leaves comprising up to 15 leaflets. Fragrant amethyst purplish-blue flowers with a yellow spot, each flower is up to 2cm in diameter, are densely produced on trailing stems 5-15cm long. The flower appear during Summer over bright green foliage. Disease resistant and drought tolerant once established. Grow on a wall or pergola. Hardy and easy to grow.
