Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Artificial Grass (cut to size)
- Custom-cut Decking Boards
- Opened bags of Decorative Stone, Gravel & Chipping
- Used Digging Tools
Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely and include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after return approval
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
