Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Grass (cut to size)
  • Custom-cut Decking Boards
  • Opened bags of Decorative Stone, Gravel & Chipping
  • Used Digging Tools

Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

  • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Body:
    • Your full name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Photos of item(s) if applicable

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely including:

  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after return approval

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers may be subject to non-refundable customs fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged or incorrect items:
